War comes to New Guinea

A postcard sized war game for two people set in New Guinea during world War two.

The Austrailians are on their heels. The Japanese have moved fast though the islands of southeast asia, and have now landed on New Guinea. The local Aussie units are underpowered, lacking artillery and machine guns. The general's thought that no one could take them through the narrow jungle tracks, but the Japanese proved them wrong. Now, the Aussies are put in the worst position an army can be in, retreat. As the australians, keep half of your troops alive, as the japanese, eliminate over half of their troops.
